Standard Rate:

• Full payment is required at the time of the reservation.
• Bookings can be canceled by the guest 31 days prior arrival
• No refund for any cancellation made within 30 days prior arrival.
• Special offers and bookings made on special or discounted rates are not refundable.
• A stay that has commenced is not refundable.
• Any transaction will occur a 3% admin fee.
• Any refund is subject to a deduction of 3% if the initial payment has been made by credit card.

You authorize Two Palms Bingin to collect all amounts due from you pursuant to these Payment Plan Terms by charging the credit card used to make the booking. You agree that by selecting the Payment Plan Feature, you may not be able to pay for the booking with a different Payment Method.

If Two Palms Bingin is unable to collect any payment pursuant to these Payment Plan Terms, you authorize Two Palms Bingin to cancel the booking on your behalf. If the booking is canceled, you will be refunded based on the cancellation policy terms of the Rate you have selected when booking. You acknowledge that you may incur fees for cancellations.
